Daakye (Corporate Purchase)

A structured salaried-workers investment plan that helps employees acquire land or housing through convenient monthly installment payments and long-term collective ownership.

Group Investment

A collective path to land or housing ownership for salaried workers.

The Salaried Workers Investment Campaign, also known as Daakye, is a structured investment initiative designed to help salaried employees acquire land or housing through convenient monthly installment payments. It allows groups of employees from the same institution to invest collectively while building long-term wealth through real estate.

Core Promise

What Daakye delivers

  • Minimum of ten employees from the same institution or organization join one scheme.
  • Participants choose repayment periods from six months to five years.
  • Sedan links participants to architects and construction firms for future home development.

Collective access

Employees invest together so land or housing becomes more attainable than waiting on individual cash accumulation alone.

Flexible repayment

Participants commit to fixed monthly installments based on their selected plan and financial capacity.

Professional support

Strategic partners in architecture and construction help participants transition from acquisition into actual development.

Terms of Payment

Structured for consistency, eligibility, and allocation.

Daakye is built for disciplined participation. A participant qualifies for plot allocation after paying an initial deposit of at least twenty percent of the total purchase price, after which Sedan issues a Land Investment Account and tracks the installment plan through completion.

Key conditions

  • Each participant makes a fixed monthly installment based on the selected investment plan.
  • Flexible payment periods run from six months to a maximum of five years.
  • Completion of the agreed plan results in ownership of the allocated land or house, subject to terms and conditions.
How It Works

Deposit, allocate, and complete ownership.

The Daakye model is designed around workforce discipline: organize a qualifying group, select an installment horizon, make the deposit required for allocation, and complete the structured payment journey toward ownership.
