Sedan Bridge

Construction Division

The construction arm behind Sedan Landbank.

Sedan Bridge, the mother company of which Landbank is a sub-division, is responsible for all the construction phases of the organization. It was founded on the belief that owning land is a proven method of becoming financially liberated.

Research reveals that about 90% of the world’s billionaires made their fortunes through real estate. Our aim is to become Africa’s most trusted land storage company, offering secure, rewarding, and hassle-free land investment opportunities.

Why Sedan Bridge exists

We combine land acquisition, site readiness, documentation progress, and on-site execution under one coordinated structure so investors can track real movement, not just promises.

  • Land ownership strategy built for long-term security.
  • Construction oversight handled through one accountable team.
  • A practical path from land purchase to site development.
Documentation

Where are we?

The Sedan Bridge workflow moves from transfer and family documentation into title registration and approved permits, while parallel site works continue on the ground. The process is structured so clients can understand what is completed, what is active, and what has already been approved.

Current position

Transfer documentation is done. Registration and land title work is on-going. Key permits for physical development and layout execution have already been approved.
