New Airport City

T-NAC | Tsopoli, Ningo Prampram

A land-backed city vision designed for long-term growth.

Sedan Landbank, powered by Sedan Bridge Limited Company, is a registered Ghanaian company under the Company Registration Act of the Republic of Ghana. It was founded on the belief that owning land is a proven method of becoming financially free.

If 90% of the world’s millionaires made their fortunes through real estate, why shouldn’t you join them too? Our mission is to become Africa’s most trusted real estate landbank company, offering secure, rewarding, and hassle-free land investment opportunities.

Our properties are not just pieces of land; they are safe havens away from the city’s hustle and bustle, positioned strategically around future development projects like the proposed new airport, so your investment can grow strongly over time.

Why T-NAC matters

By investing with Sedan, you are not just buying land; you are securing your future and owning a piece of Africa’s growth story. Sedan currently owns lands in 12 regions out of Ghana’s 16 regions and is working on acquisition in locations across Nigeria, Liberia, Kenya, and Zimbabwe.

We invite you to own the future today with Sedan Landbank.

Scale and Planning

1,112 acres planned as a city like no other.

Our land is a One Thousand, One Hundred and Twelve (1,112) acreage, spanning from the Main Western Corridor (Tema–Aflao) road to the inward part of Ningo-Prampram. That scale has allowed us to plan beyond isolated plots and structure the land as a full city framework.

The design and demarcation have been informed by a clear determination to build a city like no other, and the plan has been approved by the Ningo-Prampram Town Planning Department of the Ningo-Prampram Municipal Assembly.
